Terms & Conditions

By checking the box below this consent form, the non-food vendor, hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor," agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below for participation in the above-mentioned event.

1. **Booth Setup:**

- The Vendor is responsible for setting up and dismantling their booth space.

- Booth setup must be completed by 20mins before event start time.

- Booth dismantling must start after event is done.

2. **Product/Service:**

- The Vendor shall only sell/display the products/services agreed upon with the event organizers.

- The Vendor shall not engage in any activities that are illegal or in violation of local regulations.

3. **Liability:**

- The Vendor assumes full responsibility for any damage to their property or products during the event.

- The Event Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Vendor's property.

4. **Insurance:**

- The Vendor is advised to have appropriate insurance coverage for their property and products during the event.

5. **Health and Safety:**

- The Vendor agrees to comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by the event organizers.

- The Vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth space.

6. **Payment:**

- The Vendor shall adhere to the payment terms specified in the agreement with the event organizers.

7. **Cancellation:**

- In the event of cancellation, the Vendor must notify the event organizers in writing at least 10 days before the event date.

8. **Indemnification:**

- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers and sponsors from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.**
