Terms & Conditions
By checking the box below this consent form, the food vendor, hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor," agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below for participation in the above-mentioned event.
1. Booth Setup
- The Vendor is responsible for setting up and dismantling their booth space.
- Booth setup must be completed at least 20 minutes before the event start time.
- Booth dismantling may only begin after the event has ended.
- The Vendor must ensure that all equipment, tables, and cooking setups meet event and local safety standards.
2. Food Sales and Operations
- The Vendor shall sell or serve only the approved food and beverage items agreed upon with the event organizers.
- All food must be prepared, stored, and served in compliance with local health department regulations.
- The Vendor must maintain proper food temperatures and safe handling procedures throughout the event.
- Vendors are not permitted to sell alcoholic beverages unless explicitly approved in writing by the event organizers and licensed to do so.
3. Permits and Licensing
- The Vendor is required to have all necessary health permits, business licenses, and food handling certifications as required by local law.
- Copies of valid permits may be requested by the event organizers prior to participation.
- Vendors without proper documentation may be denied participation without refund.
4. Liability
- The Vendor assumes full responsibility for any damage, injury, illness, or loss related to their operation, food, or equipment.
- The Event Organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the Vendor’s property or equipment.
5. Insurance
- The Vendor is strongly encouraged to maintain general liability and product liability insurance covering their participation in the event.
- Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the event date.
6. Health and Safety
- The Vendor must comply with all health and safety regulations and follow guidance from event staff and local inspectors.
- Proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices must be followed at all times.
- Vendors must keep their booth and surrounding area clean, safe, and free of debris or spills.
- All cooking appliances must be used safely, with fire extinguishers or safety equipment available at the booth if required.
7. Waste and Clean-Up
- The Vendor is responsible for disposing of all trash, grease, and waste properly in designated areas.
- Grease, oil, or wastewater must not be disposed of on event grounds or in public trash receptacles.
- Booth areas must be left clean and free of debris at the end of the event.
8. Payment
- The Vendor shall adhere to the payment terms specified in the agreement with the event organizers.
- Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
9. Cancellation
- If the Vendor must cancel, they must notify the event organizers in writing at least 10 days before the event date.
- Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of vendor fees.
10. Indemnification
- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and property owners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation, food handling, or operations during the event.
